Refund policy

At AfterJ Productions, many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Size Information

Please review all size charts carefully before placing your order. Because products are printed specifically for each customer, we cannot guarantee exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Issues

AfterJ Productions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. However, we will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.
