Many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, orders require production time before they are shipped.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days before shipment.
Production times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high demand.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order ships.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, AfterJ Productions is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather events
- Customs processing
- Postal service disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
